In the class, Advanced Instructor Alain Herriott teaches a series of physical/internal exercises drawn from Feldenkrais, Yoga, Qigong, and Somatic Learning of Risa Kaparo. These exercises quiet your body, create a high level of sensitivity, and deep sense of allowing. The intent is to "hear" more clearly what is going on inside yourself and your client and to create the space to truly melt and dissolve physical and emotional barriers.
